          You will notice that all the recipes featured here do not contain animal products. These foods are the main contributors to the leading causes of death in the Western world- heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and stroke, to name a few- and the latest scientific literature is in favour of a plant-based diet to prevent and reverse disease. This doesn’t mean that this site is only for individuals who follow a vegan diet, however! Simply Green meals prove that healthy, pure foods can taste amazing and be prepared with ease. They can compliment your existing diet, to help you incorporate more whole, plant-based foods into your everyday routines.
